Assignment Details There are numerous internal and external challenges that impact the success of a team within the workplace. The internal processes within an organization develop and influence a team’s performance. The role of a team leader is to align their team with the demands of the external business environment as well as to identify critical stakeholders outside of the organization. Similarly, team leaders evaluate the internal challenges as well as their impact on team performance. Discuss 1 internal and 1 external team challenge, and provide an example of each.
